AVIX Ergo
Ergonomic assessment software to improve workplace ergonomics

Visual ergonomics for safer workplaces
With increasing demands on modern manufacturing, ergonomics has become a central focus in production design and workplace planning. AVIX Ergo introduces a new, highly visual approach to improving ergonomics through detailed video-based evaluations.
By combining the analytical power of AVIX Method with recognized evaluation models such as the REBA model, AVIX Ergo makes it easy to determine physiological strain levels directly from workplace videos. The results are displayed in clear, color-coded visualizations and comprehensive reports that reveal where ergonomic improvements are needed most.
When used together with AVIX Resource Balance, the software enables ergonomic insights to be integrated directly into line balancing, ensuring optimal productivity while safeguarding operator well-being.
Conduct ergonomic studies for manufacturing environments
Support workplace and line planning from an ergonomic perspective
Identify preventive measures before strain-related issues arise
Proven Evaluation Models
AVIX Ergo incorporates the Borg CR-10 scale and REBA model – two of the most established tools for assessing physical strain and posture-related stress. These methods make it possible to quantify ergonomic conditions and visualize them through intuitive color-coded results. Reports can be automatically generated, giving you a clear overview of ergonomic risks and improvement priorities.
Interactive, Video-Based Analysis
Building on AVIX Method, AVIX Ergo categorizes motions into key movement types and ergonomic modifiers to create an interactive, video-based analysis. Facilitated by an expert, the process allows immediate evaluation of physiological stress levels directly with the workers involved. Improvement ideas can then be tested and mirrored back into AVIX Method – often improving both working conditions and productivity simultaneously.
Clear Visualization and Communication
With its intuitive color system, AVIX Ergo makes it easy to visually understand the extent and location of strain while the video remains visible in parallel. This pedagogical approach invites participation from all team members, supporting open discussion and continuous improvement of workplace ergonomics.
